Yes, Online registration is compulsory for all participants (Project Presentation, Research Paper Presentation and Participation).

Yes, Registration Fees can be paid by way of Bank Transfer using Internet Banking Facility
When do we get the certificates?
Project Presentation and Research Paper Presentation Certificates will be issued immediately after the Presentation.
Participation Certificate will be issued on final day at the Certificates Desk.
Will my Project Presentation Paper be published in the Proceedings?
Yes, All the Project Paper Presentation Papers will be published in ICASPE-2020 Proceedings under project presentation section.
I am doing PG in Architecture/Engineering. The Paper is original research work and it does not have any copied contents from other papers. In which category I should register.
Yes. If the Paper is the original research work of a PG student, then the student can register in Original Research Paper Presentation Category. Then we will select your paper for peer review committee.
Is there any publication fee for publishing in ICASPE Proceedings?
No.there will not be any publication fee for publication in the proceedings but there will be a publication fee for publishing in international journals.
Do I get the hard copy of Proceedings?
No. Proceedings will be given in CD and can be downloaded from our website.
If I am interested to get a hard copy of the proceeding, is it possible?
Yes. It can be made available on request with additional payment towards the printing cost. The request has to be given during the time of registration.
Do I get the hard copy of Proceedings?
Yes. NCTIABE Proceedings in CD form will be given to all authors registered for the conference along with the registration kit. No additional payment / charges is required.

Do I get Accommodation in College Hostel?
Accommodation in the College Hostel will be provided on FCFS basis based on the availability.

The registration fee shall be paid only after receiving the notification of acceptance. Which is Non-refundable.
How many authors are allowed per paper? Is there a maximum limit for the number of authors?
Yes. Including the Author & Co-author(s), a paper can have up to 2 authors.
How many papers one author can send?
An author can send up to 2 papers.
Can we submit more than one paper with single registration fee?
NO, the registration fee is "per paper".
Can the authors be from different colleges or organizations and from different cities?
What is a student paper/Project Presentation Paper?
A paper is considered a “Student paper” only if all the authors are students below PhD level. The term “Student” refers only to Undergraduate students and Post Graduate students pursuing the degree M. Arch /M.E./M.Tech. Ph.D students DO NOT come under this category.
Can I send the Abstract before the deadline and submit the full-length paper after the deadline?
NO. Abstracts are not considered for review. Only full-length papers will be accepted. DO NOT send abstracts alone.
What is meaning of Final/Camera ready paper?
It is the final format of the paper that will be directly reflected in the Conference proceedings. The camera-ready paper deadline gives you a window to correct or add more detail from your earlier submission. The camera-ready format will be asked if your paper gets selected and if required only.
Will selected and presented papers be published in the Conference proceedings?
YES, and only after Registration.
What to do next after submitting the paper?
Wait for the letter of acceptance. Once your paper is recommended for acceptance by the group of reviewers, you will receive an official communication from the Organizing Convener which you can use for your official transactions with your organization. Then you have to necessarily register for the conference.
What is Registration process?
Every paper has to be registered preferably by all authors or at least one author so as to enable us to include the paper in the proceedings. The registration fee is fixed per author. Note that only the registered authors will receive conference proceedings, conference kit, and certificate and also receive all the benefits of the conference. Hence, other authors of a paper are also encouraged to register so that they can also get certificate, proceedings and all the benefits of the conference. All registered authors would receive ICAPSE Proceedings in the soft form in a CD and paper presentation certificates.
Who else could also register for the conference?
All those who are not authors but who wish to participate in the conference can register. Only registered participants will receive proceedings copy (Soft Copy) and all the benefits of the conference. They would receive participation certificates.
Who reviews the papers submitted?
Reviewers selected for blind peer-review are experts from Academia and Industry from India in relevant disciplines.
Blind Review Process for the selection of papers will focus on the technical quality and relevance to the tracks.
Can it be taken for granted that all accepted and registered papers (Project Presentation and Original Research Paper Presentation) will be published in ICASPE conference proceedings?
Yes. All accepted and registered papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Can I present the paper in absentia?
If the paper has been accepted and you have registered for the conference as an author, it is expected that you come to the Conference for presenting the paper. In case, if you are unable to come due to unavoidable circumstances, your paper will be included in the Conference Proceedings in the section, titled, Papers in Absentia.
How can I obtain a VISA to Travel to India?
For participants who need entry visa Sigma College of Architecture will issue VISA letters for applicants who are accepted to present at our conference.
